Getting started

Sector turns the AI you already use — Claude or ChatGPT — into a real estate copilot. You connect it once, then just talk: pull property data, run comps, send mail, work your CRM.

What you need

A Sector account (or the sign-in your service provider sent you) and any of: claude.ai, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or Claude Code.

Connect Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste this URL: https://connect.meetsector.app/mcp
  3. Click Add, then Connect. A sign-in window opens.
  4. Sign in with your Sector email + password. (Got your access from a provider? Use the email and access code they sent you.)
After connecting, ask Claude "what can you do with Sector?" — it will list your tools.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Create a connector and paste the same URL: https://connect.meetsector.app/mcp
  3. Sign in with the same email + password (or access code).

Connect Claude Code

Generate an access key from your dashboard (Connect → Generate access key), then:

Where things live

Your dashboard at account.meetsector.app shows usage, run history, connected accounts, and billing. You almost never need it day-to-day — the AI is the interface.
